What's the catch?
Honestly? Not much of one. £500 is a genuinely reduced, fixed-scope price - it's less than we'd normally charge because we'd rather get more local trades looking legit online than have you stuck with a Facebook page last updated in 2022. It's a fixed scope (see what's included above), not an unlimited-everything package. If your project needs more than that, we'll tell you honestly rather than quietly expanding the invoice.
Do I have to take the Pipeline subscription to get the £500 website?
No. The website is £500 whether or not you use Pipeline. The 50% off for six months is there because a website that generates enquiries is only useful if those enquiries actually get followed up - and that's the bit we can genuinely help with. If you'd rather just have the site and a plain contact form, that's absolutely fine and we won't sulk about it.
What happens after the six months of half price?
It rolls on at the normal monthly price, and you can cancel whenever you like - there's no long contract and no exit fee. We'll tell you exactly what the standard price will be before you sign up, not six months later in an email you weren't expecting.
Do I actually own the website?
Yes. It's yours. We're not going to hold your homepage hostage.
How long does it take?
Usually 2-3 weeks from kick-off once we've got what we need from you. Quicker if you're organised and send your photos and details promptly. Slower if you're the type who 'will get round to it' (we've all been there, no judgement).
What if I already have a website, but it's bad?
That's fine, this offer covers a redesign too. If your current site looks like it was built in Microsoft FrontPage, or only really exists as a Facebook page, we will not be offended. Bring it on.
Is £500 really the final price for the website?
For the scope described above, yes - flat fee, no surprise line items. Hosting is £10 a month, which includes one email address on your own domain name. A domain name is an additional cost and depends on the name you choose, but it's typically around £45 for the first two years - we'll recommend suitable ones, handle the purchase, and confirm the price before buying anything. The Pipeline subscription is separate and monthly, at half price for your first six months.
I'm not exactly technical. Is Pipeline going to be a nightmare?
No. It runs in a browser and there's a mobile app for when you're on site. We set up your lead forms and wire them into the website for you, so enquiries start landing in the right place from day one. The rest of Pipeline is straightforward enough to pick up as you go, and we'll point you in the right direction if you get stuck. Most people are sending their first quote the same day.
I don't have a Google Business Profile. Is that a problem?
Nope, that's exactly who this offer is for. We'll set one up properly as part of the package. If you already have one that's looking neglected, we'll help tidy that up instead.
