Merit Hotels - Revenue Management Platform
Merit Hotels needed real-time visibility of revenue, occupancy and forecasting across multiple properties. Off-the-shelf tools could not handle their workflows. We built a bespoke revenue management platform that replaced spreadsheets, automated reporting and gave leadership the data clarity to make faster, smarter decisions.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, but most custom builds take 8 to 16 weeks from kick-off to launch. We will give you a realistic timeline at the end of the discovery phase - not before. Smaller features and websites can ship in 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you sign long contracts?
No. We work on a project basis with a clear scope and fixed price, or on a retainer if you need ongoing development. No 12-month lock-ins, no auto-renewals, no surprise invoices.
Will I own the code?
Yes - you own everything we build. Code, designs, infrastructure. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary platforms. We push to your repository from day one.
Can you take over an existing project?
