Our office is just outside Grantham, which means we can sit down with clients across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands in person whenever it helps - kick-off workshops, discovery sessions, on-site UAT, the things that genuinely benefit from a meeting in the same room.
For everything else, we work the way modern software teams work: shared project tools, async updates, video calls when needed.
