What happens on the 20-minute call?
We talk through the problem, what already exists and what's getting in the way. By the end you'll know whether it's a good fit for a sprint and roughly what a realistic outcome looks like. No sales script, and if a sprint isn't the right answer we'll tell you.
What if my project is bigger than one sprint?
That's common. The sprint is designed for a clearly defined piece of work rather than an unlimited backlog, so we'll identify the most valuable first phase and start there. You get something real shipped, and a much clearer picture of what comes next.
Is £5,000 really fixed?
Yes. We agree the problem and the outcome up front, then focus the sprint on delivering it. No endlessly growing day-rate estimate and no surprise line items.
How does payment work?
50% reserves your sprint slot. The remaining 50% is payable at the agreed delivery milestone.
Can you work alongside our existing developers or suppliers?
Yes. We regularly work independently or alongside in-house teams and other suppliers - picking up the problem your team hasn't had time for, without stepping on anyone's toes.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, taking over unfinished or neglected projects is one of the things a sprint is good for. We'll look at what exists on the call and be honest about what's realistic.
Who will actually be doing the work?
An experienced developer, and you deal with them directly. Requirements don't get passed through account managers and project managers on the way.
