PVS Media produces high-quality video content for a large customer base across the automotive sector. A core part of their offering involves delivering branded versions of standard video content - customised for each individual client with their logo, intro and outro sequences, and branded music.
With over 2,000 customers, their in-house team was spending significant time creating these branded variations manually. The process was slow, difficult to scale, and creating a bottleneck that limited growth. PVS needed to automate the entire workflow - without compromising on quality or consistency.

We designed and built a secure, subscription-based customer platform where PVS Media's clients can log in to their account, access video templates based on their subscription level, and generate fully branded versions on demand. Automated Video Generation Engine
At the heart of the platform is a custom-built rendering pipeline. When a customer generates a video, the system automatically applies their logo, inserts branded intro and outro sequences, adds customer-specific music, and renders a fully branded version - all handled in the background with zero manual input.
The final output is a ready-to-download video, consistently branded and professionally produced. What once took hours of manual editing now takes moments - without anyone at PVS needing to touch it.
Subscription-Based Access Control
We implemented a flexible subscription management system that allows PVS Media to offer different levels of template access based on subscription tier, control content availability per customer, and scale their monetisation model as the platform grows. This transformed the platform from an internal cost-centre into a revenue-generating SaaS product in its own right.
Customers pay for access. PVS Media earns recurring revenue. The operational cost per new customer is effectively zero.
