We provision the right tenant, set up user accounts, shared mailboxes and groups, configure mobile devices, and hand over a tidy admin console you (or whoever manages IT) can actually use.
Mailbox migration
Moving from a different provider, or from old IMAP/POP hosting? We migrate mail, calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes with no loss and no downtime - and we deal with the DNS cutover so nothing bounces in flight.
SPF, DKIM & DMARC
Email authentication done properly so your mail lands in inboxes and your domain cannot be spoofed by scammers. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, monitor reports, and tighten the policy once sending is clean.
Why us
No agency lock-in
A lot of agencies register domains in their own name and host email on infrastructure you cannot easily move. We do not. The domain is yours. The Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant is in your name. You can leave us at any time and take everything with you.
We also do not try to bill you a monthly fee for things that should just work. Email hosting is normally a Microsoft or Google subscription paid direct, with a one-off setup fee from us. Honest pricing, no surprises.
Frequently asked questions
Do you register domains for new businesses?
Yes - we register the domain in your name (so you own it outright), set up DNS properly, and configure email and web hosting so everything works from day one. You always retain ownership and full access to the registrar account.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 makes sense if you live in Outlook, Excel and Teams. Google Workspace is usually a better fit if you prefer Gmail, Google Docs and a lighter setup. We will recommend the right one based on how you actually work and the apps you already rely on.
Can you migrate our existing email?
Yes. We move mailboxes between providers - and to or from self-hosted mail servers - with no loss of mail and no downtime for users. Calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes and distribution lists all come across cleanly.
Do you handle DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes - and properly. Email authentication is what stops your messages landing in spam and what stops scammers spoofing your domain. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, monitor for failures, and tighten the policy as your sending settles.
Is this part of a website project or a standalone service?
Both. We handle email and DNS as part of any new website build - and we are also happy to take this on as a standalone service for businesses that just want their email and domain handled properly.
